The SaferRoads 2017 organising committee extends a warm invitation to you all to join us for the 5th International SaferRoads conference in Auckland from 21 – 24 May, 2017.

Earlybird Registrations are available until Thursday 16 March; registrations from Friday 17 March will be charged at the standard rate.

All costs are stated in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand GST of 15%.

Privacy
The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by the International SaferRoads Conference. The Privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your name and organisation details can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. Unless you advise during the registration process, or by emailing Sarah Patterson, Event Manager (sarah@conference.co.nz), your name and organisation will be included on the list of delegates distributed at the conference.

Edit an existing registration
If you wish to make changes to your registration,  please contact Emma Redfern at registration@conference.co.nz or phone +64 3 379 0390.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Sarah Patterson, Event Manager (sarah@conference.co.nz ), in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $150.00 will be made providing notification is received by Monday 10 April 2017. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
